Video: Press To MECO – Itchy Fingers (Official Video)

Press To MECO are a truly unique force to be reckoned with, creating huge soundscapes with 3-part harmonies and intricate guitar work, their debut album ‘Good Intent’ was shortlisted for the 2016 AIM Independent Album Of The Year. Since then, they have created a distinct place for themselves in the alternative-rock landscape.

After relentless shows and buzz, the band headed to Austin, Texas to create album number 2 ‘Here’s To The Fatigue’ with legendary producer Gene ‘Machine’ Freeman. Following the release were tours with legends SikTh, Don Broco and a signing to Marshall Records.

The band have had extensive press coverage on the sophomore release, with support from Kerrang! Magazine, TV and Radio, Rocksound, Radio X, BBC Radio 1, MTV Rocks, Scuzz TV and much more. Lewis explains “The new songs focus a lot on becoming disillusioned with your life and more emotionally weary with age. The album has a lot of existential angst, but also moments of clarity.”

‘Itchy Fingers’ features more of the bands anthemic, harmony driven rock and is released with a music video from previous collaborator Callum Jupp using footage from their tours with Don Broco, SikTh and Arcane Roots as well as footage from their busy festival season.

The band are now set to embark on a 27-date tour with US rock legends, Shinedown. Where they will also be joined by the US Alternative Rock 4-piece, Starset.
