Single Slam: Black Ritual by Amaterasu

Symphonic metal from Herts & Essex in the UK. Crushing riffs, sweeping strings and soaring vocals; Amaterasu have it all. Formed in late 2019, they immediately hit the studio to record their debut single Black Ritual’ and are already setting out for an amazing 2020.

The track will be released on April 24th 2020.

With energetic riffs, a rolling drum beat and disruptive opening breakdown, Amaterasu make sure you know what side of the symphonic metal fence they sit on. Fast and groovy, the power comes from the great guitar work, layered symphonic elements and intense soaring vocals. This is very much a metal track, one with heaviness and melody blended impressively well together.

It will get the head-banging and the foot-tapping. There are bright things in this fledgling band’s future if this debut is anything to go on!
