My Favourite Video Game Featuring: King Fabbs
My Favourite Video Game is a guest feature from bands and artists where we set them a simple task… tell us about your favourite video game. In this feature pop-punk artist, King Fabbs, took up the mantle and you can read all about his choices below.
I like to play lots of different games like Grand Theft Auto, NBA2k, NHL, Rocket League and some others. But the one game that has always had my heart from when I was a little kid is Mario Kart. Mario Kart is so good because you can play it with multiple people, you can play it individually, and the competitive nature never gets lost. When I was 16 I would stay up for hours every night playing online. I would never get tired of it, no matter how many races I would do. I feel it can be great in a social situation too because it’s easy to get into the spirit of the game and most people already know how to play. And if you don’t know how, it’s easy to pick it up!
I don’t know exactly what age I was when I started playing Mario Kart but I know that I wasn’t even Ten years old yet. I had Mario Kart on Nintendo 64 and this was back in a time where you had to turn your TV to channel 3 in order to play video games. I think Mario Kart on Nintendo 64 is one of the best versions of the game that’s been created, but I also love the whole evolution of the game. All the little things that’s been added to the game over the years has made it even better!
If anybody ever wants to play you already know I’m down. Talk to me on any of my social platforms if you want to play! The answer is already yes!
