Interview: Jim Hodge (Vocals) of Mastiff (Video/Audio)
Hull extreme, sludge, and hardcore infused metal band Mastiff are back with their much-anticipated brand-new album, ‘Deprecipice’, out on March 22nd, 2024, via MNRK Heavy.
Pre-order the album here.
The new release features an onslaught of special guests including Ethan Lee McCarthy from Primitive Man, Harry Nott from Burner, Dan James from XIII and Rob Scott from Yersin.
Everything Mastiff do is in the name of intensity. Since forming amid the misery of Kingston-upon-Hull in 2013, the five-piece have crashed extreme metal, sludge and hardcore together to create the most brutal sonic onslaughts possible.
If the release of the new album wasn’t enough, they will also be heading out on a UK tour at the end of March.
22nd March – Polar Bear, Hull
23rd March – Audio, Glasgow
24th March – Bannerman’s, Edinburgh
27th March – The Black Heart, London
28th March – Green Door Store, Brighton
29th March – Crofters Rights, Bristol
30th March – Devils Dog, Birmingham
31st March – Rough Trade, Nottingham
