1. How did you get started as a band?

I am a drummer and a DJ, with thirty years of career behind me. In 2013, I realized that being part of a band didn’t interest me anymore and I wanted to develop my music. I moved with a good amount of unawareness about it, having never had any songwriting experience before my first record.

I relied on my instincts, on my experiences as a man and traveler and I tried to turn them into something that is still a source of fascination for me: I always feel I have a lot to learn and my path is always in progress.

2. How would you describe your sound?

Evocative. Erotic. Desperate. Dark.

3. What bands/artists would you say have influenced your style of music?

Sneaker Pimps, Trentemøller, Massive Attack, Depeche Mode, David Bowie, Unkle, Zero7.

4. Has the rise of YouTube & music streaming helped or hindered you as a band?

Absolutely and I deeply believe in the power of the digitization of music and the ability of musicians to know how to convey new forms of artistic dissemination.

5. What do you enjoy doing when you’re not making music?

I really like walking, observing the flow of life, observing people in their daily movements: it’s a bit taking some time for myself but always looking for details that can stimulate my curiosity. I try to be inspired by these small events, just as I love spending time in my house in the mountains, surrounded by nature and the echo of the river flowing in the valley.

6. What are your future plans musically? Tours?

I’m working on some extra In.Visible productions and projects; at the same time I am preparing the songs for my next album, but first I think there will be some record releases as well as In.Visible and I think soon there will be some surprises about a new live experience.
