EP Review: Roses Unread – Rapture (Self Released)
Originally conceptualized by Allison Teague in 2007, the idea of a project that wrote timeless melodies and big, memorable songs with the passion and energy of a rock band took years to nurture and mold. This is Roses Unread.
They have released their brand new EP entitled Rapture.
Energetic rock with plenty of metal bite and humongous melodies, Roses Unread leave one hell of an impression with their new EP.
From the phenomenal riffs of the title track to the incredible vocals of Zy to the beast of a chorus that comes from Lying to Yourself. This is an EP that is all killer and absolutely no filler. Impressively well produced, the clarity is top-notch. However, it’s how Roses Unread are capable of making you want to move your body in one moment then in the other, having you feel on the verge of tears with their melodies.
