All of this in an incredible short amount of time. Releasing their debut EP ‘Tree-P’ at the end of 2021 and currently working away on their debut full-length. You may not have heard of Square Wild yet, but come Bloodstock, you won’t be able to stop talking about them.
Square Wild will take to the New Blood stage on the Friday of the festival. Be prepared to expend some serious energy. We spoke to the band about what it means to play the festival, what Bloodstock means to them, and what attendees can expect from their show, and they had this to say:
Playing this festival means so much to us. From going as punters and seeing friend’s bands perform on the New Blood stage to imagining us up there is absolutely amazing. It still hasn’t sunk in. It’s lit such a fire up our arses and we can’t wait to show Bloodstock how we do it! Bloodstock has housed the best metal and rock bands for so many years, it really is an honour to share the festival with some of our favourite artists and we can’t thank the whole M2TM team enough for this opportunity.
People can expect a lot of fun, knees up inducing breakdowns, dual lead, sarcasm, eccentricity, and energy off us as well as a huge mix of genres and styles. We have something for everyone and we’re gonna absolutely rip that stage apart.
