Games, Brrraaains & A Head-Banging Life are very pleased to bring you an interview with the multi-faceted rockers, Firing All Cylinders.
1. Hello! Thanks for taking the time to speak with us. Can you tell us a little about your formation and history?
Firing All Cylinders represent the explosive sound, excitement, and intensity of heavy metal with influences from the past and present. The group incorporates classic rock n’ roll sound inspired by bands like AC/DC and Black Sabbath. Add a dash of modern metal bands such as KoRn, Avenged Sevenfold, System of a Down, and Slipknot to build the band’s iconic sound. In a short period of time, Firing All Cylinders has rapidly gained success with unique aggressive sounds and performances which became trademark qualities of the group.
2. How would you describe your sound?
Our sounds is a mix of many didn’t genres of rock based music. We are a mutt lol. Our sound consists of metal, rock, punk, hardcore and many other subgenres.
3. What do you use as inspiration in regards to both the music and lyrics?
Mostly life experiences both past and present. We also like to stir the pot and raise some hell. Makes people think.
4. What has been the highlight of your career so far?
Honestly, we love writing music the most so the release of the new record was a pretty strong highlight.
5. What is the dream?
That’s a hard one. Pursuing the unknown and see where is takes us. We also want to get there and be herd.
6. What are your thoughts on the rise of streaming services/YouTube? Are you benefiting from the whole ‘music at our fingertips’ world we live in now?
It defiantly making it harder for artist to sell their music and make a buck but it can be used to reach people that otherwise would not have herd of you.
7. What do you enjoy doing when you’re not making music? Any gamers/horror film buffs in the midst?
I build haunted house, escape rooms and various horror experiences.
8. What’s going on in 2020? Any big plans?
We are planning to do a lot of shows and a few things we have under raps so stay tuned!
