After a 13-year hiatus, Brazilian Death Grinders Stomachal Corrosion will release a self-titled album on Greyhaze Records. The album brings forth 22 tracks based on a subjective, sick idea fully described in the album’s artwork.

Stomachal Corrosion’s sound follows its own, original style, which has been developed and built upon over the band’s 27-year existence, and forged grindcore, crust and 90s Death Metal.

With no frills or unnecessary complex arrangements Stomachal Corrosion is straight up fast and short, never letting up from top to bottom. Stomachal Corrosion was originally released in Brazil by Cogumelo Records. Now, Greyhaze Records will bring this relentless album to audiences worldwide October 11th 2019.

Is the rest of the world ready for this? It’s a solid question as what we have here is some of the most sickening grinding death you’ll be likely to hear all year. More rough, more raw, more disgusting and more horrific, the 22 tracks that make up this release are vile enough to churn the internal organs into paste.

If you can’t stomach grinding death, you won’t be be able to stomach this. It’s got a really underground sound, the strident approach admirable but not resulting in something that truly stands out. It will leave an imprint. Music this corrosive will always do that but it’s not easy to recommend simply because it’s so damn niche.

Even the most ardent of grind death fans will have trouble picking a lot of these tracks apart. It all blends together. A sticky, thick and viscous paste that coats everything it touches. You’ll desperately want to wash it off as soon as possible.
