Feuerschwanz – Warriors (Napalm Records)
A very cool idea, especially when it comes to celebrating such an important date in a career. Feuerschwanz have selected ten choice cuts from their immense history, a ‘best of compilation’ so to speak, and given them a fresh flavour through the power of the English language.

Deadaudiosaints – To Whom It May Concern… (Self Released)
It’s not easy to get the balance of electronica and rock right, with many-a-band weighting it one way or the other. It’s rare that a band comes along that blends the elements so well that every aspect feels vital. Who am I talking about? Deadaudiosaints, of course.

Wolves Don’t Sleep – (Self Released)
Across the entire EP, you can hear a ton of influences in their music, with some stuff going all the way back to the early days of noughties metalcore. It’s all about what they do with this though, and the strength in this band comes from the fact that they deliver on what they promise.

As The Sun Falls have creates a bit of a masterpiece here with Kaamos. An album that oozes class, creativity and emotion. Heavy as hell, yet sorrowful and emotive it manages to tick a lot of boxes and showcases some serious talent within the band.
