Experimental doom metal and alternative gothic artist Vivienne Cure has released a delightful and intriguing cover of rap-artist Eminem’s Without Me, alongside a video.

A doom metal reimagined version, the visual concept explores patriarchal oppression and its effects on today’s society. A rebellion against female beauty ideals see Vivienne, sans hair andarmed with two human bones conducting her life’s orchestra.

With a devil may care attitude she runs a mock the narrative that women came from the rib of a man. The video concludes with Vivienne’s very own Sisyphus… Blood dripping down her chin as she eats her own heart.
