Finnish metal band Children of Bodom are hitting the road in 2017 to celebrate the 20 year anniversary of their debut album, Something Wild. The celebration, rather than just playing the album from start to finish which is the norm now, is instead to be a set list of classics. Essentially, a greatest hits tour under the name of 20 Years Down ‘N’ Dirty. It will have been almost two years since their last album release, I Worship Chaos, which wasn’t one of my favourite albums so having a chance to see the band play through a load of their biggest hits will be awesome.
The full tour poster can be seen below but for those in the UK there are just two dates where you can catch them and they are either March the 11th in Manchester at the Academy 2 or March 12th in London at Shepherd’s Bush Empire.
For those in London, the Shepherd’s Bush Empire has great sound so it should be a really great gig. Check out our review from the last time GBHBL saw them play there.
Pick your tickets up, and get more information on both the tour and the band from their website.
